Groups Improvements

Hi all,

I am looking for a experienced developer to make some improvements on our group section.

Basically I need: 

- Possibility to add rich text on group comments 

- Possibility to add video and photo on group comments

- Modifications on layout for the main groups page

Attention: this is a very customized site and the task is not trivial.
