Graphic changes done on website

I am looking for a web designer who knows how to do graphic design along with site improvement. I need some small graphic changes, coding, and custom work done to my website www.musiconlock.com I am looking to have a "glass effect" all through my website for example as one of the changes. I can send examples of what I am talking about if you do not know what glass effect means.
