Facebook Connect

Hello,

need someone to fix the Facebook Login on my Dolphin Page.

I Have a Windows Root Server with Windows Server 2008 and hostet the Page with Zpanel.

I allready tried Deanos dbtest.php and thats the result:

Running fopen test
fopen test succeeded.

Running curl test
SSL certificate problem: unable to get local issuer certificatecurl test failed.

Running gethostbyname test
gethostbyname test succeeded. IP of graph.facebook.com is 173.252.101.26

For Facebook Login a SSL cert. isnt required i think, But dont know how to fix it.

I can click in Facebook then under Go to App and then its loading between my site and facebook.com every time. (I see it in Firefox in the left corner) and then Connection Timeout.
