Experienced Designer/Developer Knowledgeable of Dolphin Software Wanted

I am seeking assistance from an experienced developer/designer, who is very knowledgeable with the Dolphin software. Would like to speak about the needs for my project, some tasks include template installation, logo design, email client configuration, and social media development (twitter, facebook, google+). Compensation is commensurable with experience; however, only interested in proposals for fixed rates, after explaining the needs for my project. Also would like to see examples of previous works.
