Everytrail Clone

Does anyone have the skills to create a mod that will replicate what can be done on the Everytrail website.  I want my members to be able to log their hikes so that they show up on a map on their profile and also on the home page.  I want them to also be able to log calories burned etc as this is a fat loss community that rewards members for hitting the trails.
