Event Fields added/removed/edited

I need the Event Fields to fit my preferences listed below.  For this to work i also want the event search and browse to have these new added/removed/edited fields besides a few like (address, description, # of workers). this will be provided with more detail after hiring someone

Also, i need the viewing privacy to be changed up a bit.  For example, phone number and address can only be seen by participants, etc.  give me a estimate of the cost it will be.
