Dolphin Upgrade Services Needed

Hi,

I am looking for someone to upgrade my site. I am currently using D7.08 and would need to upgrade to the most currant release. I have posted not too long ago for up dates and upgrading my website, but I didn't get many takers. I am looking for someone who has done this and has a good resume. My website is called, MyPad-YouPad.com.

I am also looking into getting a newer template as well and having that installed too. If you have some ideas, let me know.
