Dolphin template customisation - concept needs implementation

I am looking for an experienced Dolphin programmer who can customise the template for my site

The areas of work are:

- images

- flash images

- navigation bar

- copyright

- sign on/login in configuration

I have a logo under development so am able to supply the logo image.

I also have licensed images that can be used for the main flash banner, as well as written text.  I need the main flash banner to comprise text and images.

The navigation bar needs some modification, especially to include threaded forums as an menu option.

If you have experience in customising templates, and can verify this with some testimonials, then I would love to hear from you.
