Dolphin 6.1 Orca fixes and mod required

Orca Modificattions to adjust the function of the forum.

EX1- latest topics and latest posts do not sort with the latest at top when a gorup is set to hidden.

We need the gorups to be hidden, but still show an ordered list of latest topics DESC mode.

EX2-Change the order of posts to show newest post first at top of forum

EX3-A previous mod left our notifications not working-needs fixing so each post send notify to members of group
