Dolphin 6

I have Dolphin 6.1.5 running on my site that needs come clean up and rearranging plus below:

1- Adding other languages.

2-Adding banner ads to pages that are not possible from admin.

3-some design work and may be a template overhaul.

4-Adding Facebook login module.

5-Fixing the errors that I am getting within the pages.

I am actually open to suggestions to upgrade my site and perhaps overhaul the thing without alienating my current members and making the site index page more enticing to new visitors to sign up.
