SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY

Developer needed.  Someone that I contact on a regular basis with printscreens of my changes/requests and submit for a quote.  I prefer to keep  ONE developer, maybe 2 on hand so that there is a true understanding of my vision.  I also prefer no more than 2 so that there isn't anyone going behind multiple developers trying to understand their logic of doing things, which may slow down the process.

I use skype for communication as well as emails.  I can send a word document of my change requests and you provide me with detailed information of what needs to be done to achieve this and your rate to do this project.

I would really appreciate a personal/partner that is very prompt with responding back and if unavailable, provide a heads up ahead of time. 

Reviews + referrals are very important to me and I'd like to help the people that I personally work with by providing great feedback.
