Design for a photo contest website

Hi there,

We're currently looking for a custom design for a photo contest website that is currently in development.  This will be a photo contest site geared towards teenagers and will need to have an appropriate design to capture that audience.

We are looking for something "custom" rather than tweaks to a current template system so this project will most like include designs and custom modifications.  We have already purchased an add-on to handle the photo contest portion of the site.

We're interested in discussing pricing as well as time from concept to completion.  Obviously we'd also like to discuss costs and see some samples of previous work.
