We would like a developer to design and develop a strong ticketing system that will do the following:
All these features needs to be done under one module that would allow us to use it with any templates we deiced to choose. the module has to pull the user info opening the tickets from the dolphin database same things with moderators the module should automatically add the moderators and the admins as support representatives. We are on a certain budget of 100-300 dollars for any one who is interested we need the module done within the next two weeks and implemented and tested before the end of the month. thanks
