Database and SEO specialist search

we are running a dolphin7 community. Since a few days we have problems with our Database. We are loosing a lot of Photos of our members. We don't know why. So we are looking for a database specialist who can help us to fix the problem.
We are also looking for a SEO Specialist to rank our Community better in search engines!
