Custom template web 2.0 design

Looking for abselutely top web 2.0 designers that have 100% control in developing and working with boonex dolphin!!!

I need a custom design for  my site: www.onenightstanddate.com

As i said, must be web 2.0 style.

You will need to do the whole site and especialy the front page which will be more of images and text then the "normal" dolphin style with the modules all over though there will be some modules used in the fron page.

Please let me see what you have done before... without your work example you will be ignored!.

Please let me know how long will it take you to do it and install it complitely
