Custom mod for ads

I need a custom modification where the author of the ad can be contacted directly from the ad view page. Within the message must be a reference to which ad the author is being contacted about.

Messages can be sent as standard but they don't link to the actual add which the possible buyer is enquiring about.

Look forward to hearing any suggestions also.
