Custom Goals Module: MUST BE A GOOD DEVELOPER

Hello Guys,

I want to throw some serious work your way with a custom goals module that we need created by the begining of the year. I have a complete mockup and business requirements list. Just need a few good developers in boonex to start working on it asap. Must sign an NDA. Open to discuss a community version of the module for reselling.  Here is a little about this module:

I know it sounds like MODZZZ  Goals Module but he may be too busy to add additions so I need something a little more custom.

MODULE OBJECTIVES
This module will allow our users to easily create goals and update their daily progress until completed. 

MAIN FEATURES
Users and Admins can easily create 3 types of goals
Admins can create goal categories
View all of their goals on a "dashboard" page
View goals by category
Make goals public or private
Join a goal option (duplicates the goal for any user that chooses to join)
delete a goal
Email alert on the scheduled completion date that gives the option to restart or continue any goal if I haven't achieved it by that date.
Users receive a weekly email that lists all of their goals and the latest status

Browse Page (List of all Public Goals) by category
My Goals Page (Dashboard of all My Goals in progress)
Completed Goals Page (Text list of all goals that have been completed, with hyperlink to view the goal
Add/Edit a Goal Page
View Page (to view and update a single goal)


BLOCKS NEEDED
New Goals (Home Page) to display recently added public goals
Recently Completed Goals (Home Page)
