Custom E-Mail Accounts

I am looking for someone who can design an e-mail account sign up portal for my members using my domain name (i.e a yahoo.com, gmail or hotmail clone) where they can pick their own e-mail address prefix using my domain name.  Please contact me with your bids.  Thank you.
