create and manage Multiple user under multiple Admin

Say I want to create 10 or more different user using MULTIADMIN (i hvae purchased module already) or direct…But  all that I would like to CONTROLED by EACH ADMIN that which I have created using multiadmin.   

By this way I can allow my few client access so that I don’t need to install multiple Dolphin 7 & they can login & manage their user via single login or single Website
