Couple of lines of code to add to homepage

We have a small radio station site and have recently added the player module to our dolphin site from our shout cast site, there is an add on to allow listeners to make requests via the site, we have added this but to make it work it requires 2 lines of code adding to the home page, we have the code but do not know where to put it to make the widget work.
