Chat numbers in rooms required

We need the code or php block (which we can edit) to create a block that displays an image (we will supply the image). overlaid on the image must be the labels for the chat lobby and a chat room of our choosing, and the numbers of users in the corresponding rooms.

We need 13 of these blocks, so either we need the code which we can edit (change name of room) or we need the blocks. We have 13 different static pages, each for a different style of dance, so one block will go on each page.

If you wish to bid for this, please tell us what you will supply - all 13 ready made blocks - or - one sample of the code with details on how to edit it.

Also please supply a time frame for this.
