change layout of a few pages

I'm looking for someone who knows what they are doing, not to be let down, i need my store layout to be changed, my blog layout to be changed and the mail layout to be changed. This is just adding more spaces for stuff and css and adding a few links to features.

I also need a script for my friends page, for when you hover over mutual friends, it displays a max of 10 small thumbs in 2 rows of 5 with a link to all if more than 10
