Can't Embed or Upload Many Video's

For some reason I am not able to upload or embed all video's that I try.  I've been playing with this for a week now and can find NO common denominator of why some video's have no problem and others won't do anything.  I've reached the end of my rope and have tried everything I can come up with from the forums.  It's a little discouraging that MANY people have had this problem but I can find no solutions in the forums that have worked for me.

I'm desperate for an answer here.  Video is going to be a very large part of my site so it's imperative that I get this resolved.
