Build a simple searchable Database

I am looking for someone to build a simple searchable database to add to my site. Will have two fields.

User will type all or part of a part name

Database will return the part number

As some parts have similar names it would be nice if the box inserted on my page returned results for all with close names something like this below;

If the searched for "red flag"

Database returned

red flag 4126

red flags 6781

bright red flags 3121

Part of this job would be explaining to me how to add items as I need later
