Boonex Dolphin mobile version

Hi, I am looking for a Mobile web developer expert to create a mobile version of a Boonex Dolphin blog, I only Need the homepage along with the article page, There is no log-in required, there is no registration system or SQL required. Also we will help on the CSS styling and Graphic design of the Mobile version.

Must have experiences in Mobile Development. Will need to see past work.
