Amazon S3, EC2, etc. configuration and Dolphin 7.1 installation

I need Dolphin 7.1 to be installed and configured on amazon's cloud computing. EC2, S3, etc. Amazon has a lot of services. I need you to use every part a Amazon to make Dolphin 7.1 run fast and reliably. I will also be using Rayz live video.
