Adding Dolphin Thumbnails Video Mod to a Wordpress site?

I am not sure if this is doable. One of my clients is running a news media site using wordPress. After I showed him the thumbnails video Block on my D7 site, he really loved it & he wants to add similar Mod to his site. Is this doable? If so please let me know. Thanks.
