Ability to upload and use Animated Gifs dolphin 7.0.9

Now that my PayPal is straight, I need someone to modify dolphin to support animated GIFs on upload to photo albums AND for avatars. 

I need to be able to see the GIF in all thumbnails and full images.

I played briefly with the code and was able to get dolphin to accept a GIF and display it, but, I was unable to resolve the thumbnail issue.

I just don't have time to do this myself with work being so busy.

I can add the code modifications myself as I have HEAVILY modified the base code. (Don't worry, I have a stock 7.0.9 installation I can add it to first to verify it works).

I will license this modification to you so you can sell it in the marketplace as well as I know there are several others who would just love this!
