Very Simple Job

Maybe you can help me with a problem I'm having if you follow this link http://zipka.com/page/Photo%20Uploads it will bring a page where you will see a box on the left side titled (upload your photo here) I had someone create this for me but the problem I'm having is I need it to upload Zipped folder which it currently will not. It will upload single files but not a zipped one

So if you can take a look at it to get an idea of what i'm requesting and reply with an estimate$ on how much it will cost to resolve this and time frame

also I have another problem if you follow this link http://zipka.com/page/Krop it will bring you to a page where you will see two flash boxes one is a album the other is a embed link (bottom) to our live broadcast the problem I'm having is the Tv/radio box is layered in front of the dolphin menu bar so when my members get a IM they can not see it the IM is layered in back of this box I am not familiar with coding and need a code to be written that will layer the embed box to the back so my members will be able to view IM and member bar Below is the code I have been online trying to get info on Z-index but once again I don't know much about coding What ever solution we decide is best i will need to be able to duplicate the solution to multiple pages
