Various adjustments

The following things would need to be done as fast as possible:
- Search function
The people search shows pictures of all users. Though we need the size of the photos exactly as it is right now, for the search function they're too big and should be about 80x80px.
- Start page
The registration needs to be changed. We need an additional field with radioboxes candidate/recipient. If it's recipient a div should open automatically where the user must fill in additional information to be able to continue with the registration. After that registration is complete he/she should be forwarded to Account Home.
- Links
I need to be able to change the links on top under the menu bar, e.g. 'Add video', 'Add album' etc.
- Start page
There need to be 3 boxes on the left side where we can add additional content, e.g. for an introduction video or information.
- Privacy Groups
The default privacy group needs to be deleted.
