Tweet This/Share - Enhancement

Looking to confirm if anyone has developed an Enhancement to the Actions Block that would extend the Share Features to include Buttons for "Tweet This" and Share this> extending to FaceBook and MySpace or more?

If it's not available to purchase (which I can't seem to find in the Marketplace) I am interested in obtaining pricing and timeframe to modify and install.
