Syncronized Daily Reminders ...

We are trying to create a space for our members to pray or meditate together at specific times during the day.  We would like for these times to be syncronized around the world so we need a "local clock" or - even better - "local reminder" that it is time to meditate.

This is a module we would like to have in our community where a user could put in their "region" or "timezone"

   (I understand that this could become overwhelming so 24 basic timezone choices, give or take a few odd zones, would be fine.)

   (No need to turn this into a list of 250 major world cities, etc.  "Pick your timezone" from a  drop-down list would suffice.)

So the user would select their timezone and it will tell them what times during the day they can participate in our worldwide prayer and meditation events.  We will be using 3 times a day (basicallly every 8 hours beginning with Midnight GMT.

I understand that "Daylight Savings Time" would be a factor but am willing to pretend to ignore the need for that if this is going to turn it into a nearly impossible task.

In a perfect world, an optional ability to sync this information with the user's calendar program from their computer or Google Calendar would also be a plus.

Please let me know what you would charge to create such a module for us and we would greatly appreciate all offers.
