Store issue - shopping cart

For some reason “add to cart” (item block) button in the store is not working well,  and I think it has something to do with  uploading the price file.  If you manage to upload a price file (text) you cannot set  it to visible or hide because it’s not showing in the edit product page.  . . .   

Issue 1: if you  try to upload the file twice with a different price you will receive this error:

Database query error

Issue 2:  if you try to edit the product, the file does not show up on the edit page to allow you make it visible or hide

Issue 3:  if you manage to load the price file  . . . the loadded file is  not the same file that shows up as the product price file (item block)

Need some one to fix  asap
