Resume Builder

I am looking for a Dolphin component that will do the following:

Add a block to the profile form that will allow for the user to create a "resume"  i.e. a list of prior jobs and dates.  The jobs and titles come from pick lists for known organizations.  (it is an alumni site)

The data will be collected both at join time and after the user is a member.  The data will need to be extracted by the site administrator.

This can occur on a stand alone form if necessary.  It should look on the join form something like the attached jpg.

If there as an existing component that I have missed in my search let me know and we'll figure out some reward for it.
