Require privacy policy mod for Dolphin 6.0.0004

Looking for a privacy mod for Dolphin version 6.0.0004. Currently all members can view other member photo's and profile etc but I would like for members to be able to choose whether they prefer their profile/photos to be made public, private or for friends only. The member should be able to decide what they would like to make public and what friends can see.  As setup within Facebook.

I'm sure this mod is already out there but I am unable to locate. I believe the latest version of Dolphin has it built in but not sure if it setup the same as Facebook.
