RSS Blogs and if possible registrations

Hi, I want a method to post all blogs, and possibly registrations to twitter and facebook on my sites.

The post will be pre-formatted each time, for example

New #blog posted at #sitename about #category blogname blog link

I had a thought of using twitterfeed.com, this will do everything I need, but from what I can tell I can only RSS for an individual person, not all blogs posts, assuming there is no way to do this standard within Boonex, I would like someone to help me with this, happy to just get a method to RSS all blogs, or if there is a better solution happy to have that presented to me.
