hello,
i need some one to create a template based on change.org website. with 2 versions: Right to left and left to right. (please if you need me to explain to you what it is there is no need to bid) the template needs to be fully tested on top 6 web browsers.
all the ajax, widgets needs to be the same, i mean 100% the same.
