Nested folders and folder added to groups and events

I need the ability for nested folders withing profiles and in groups and events for photos, videos, sounds and files.  So basically I want a user to be able to create a folder within a folder to keep things more organized.  Also in the groups and events I want the administrator of the group or event to dictate who has permission to create folders.  After completion you are free to offer this mod in the unity market.
