You can upload Meta tags in header of the Web Page coding
For e.g.

Note: We need to upload this separately in header of coding of each individual page.

And for the On Page optimization

For Image Alt Tag
Current Image alt tag

Recommended Image alt tag

This way you need to add image alt tag in the source coding of the image.
