Need developer partner for my site. big project

I am setting up my site using Dolphin 7. Looking for someone who is a good and strong developer/designer. things that will need to be done include;

-Changing template to specifications. We already have colours/images etc, simply needs to change the template.

-Developing a custom module. Already have everything planned out, simply needs creating to work with Dolphin.

-Integrating an eCommerce store.

This will be a partnership. Your development services will be used as an investment, giving you a percentage of all income earned. Expected income is high. Serious people only please. I request proof of previous work quality.
