Need Experience Web Master & Designer ASAP!

I need someone that experienced with Joomla, and someone that has quick knowledge of installing software needed to build a dating site. I am also looking for a Web Master, updates to our site will be several times a week. I would like this person to live either in Maryland or California near our offices, but will consider all. I am planning to purchase all software from Boonex if possible, may purchase by video chat through User Plane, if the software here is not what we are looking for. I am in need of a web master as well. Thanks Billy Lee
