Multi level mod for dolphin (MLM )

looking for MLM mod for dolphin  to be integrated with script , what i need exactly as follow :

let us say it is a paid membership site , and when ever a member refer  a new customer , the member will get (x amount ) , and when the new member refer another new one that will get (x amount ) and so forth , uni level style up to five levels .

and the fees and the earnings to be controlled by admin .

the members can see there earnings from member area , and needs to go to there paypal account when ever they want .
