Module Development & Significant Customization

Our United States-based company is in need of a reputable, expert level dolphin developer(s) or company with proven experience and expertise. We have a multi-part initial project that we need to get started as soon as possible. There will also be opportunities for future projects if desired. The completed initial project will allow us and our contract service providers to effectively sell our niche career oriented services to our customers through the site, effectively determine customer needs during the sales process, manage the workflow process post purchase, and fulfill customer orders on an ongoing basis in Dolphin, all done with user friendly interfaces and easily editable pages on the admin side as appropriate. Further details are below.

Interested parties should reply with an overview of their qualifications, portfolio or related, rates (respective /hr rate for consulting, development, ongoing support), availability for the project, etc. via Unity. Be sure to clearly list your competencies. Please feel free to post any questions as well. Individuals or companies that appear to have the appropriate experience and expertise will be given further details if necessary. Selected bidders should expect to sign a standard non disclosure agreement as well as other standard agreements, though we would be open to someone who wanted to develop our project as modules for future resale. Lastly, we are ready, willing, and able to pay well for quality.

Current needs:

1.) Consulting Services (1-4 hrs expected)

- Help determining the most effective way to accomplish our objectives

- An understanding of what well coded modules are already available to utilize in whole or in part

- The ability to help us further refine/define the scope and approach for this initial project

2.) Development Work (unknown)

- Creation of two membership types, each with unique permissions

- Creation of a highly customized, multi page, easily editable registration, service/addon selection page, simple scheduling feature, information capture (simple text boxes/drop downs), and payment process

- Creation/refinement of admin, service provider, and customer account and workflow management process/modules

- Utilization/customization of a highly flexible point or credit based payment system

- Utilization/Customization/Integration of preexisting relevant extensions related to membership types, form fields, point/credit system, jobs, events, etc. (will define this further in consulting phase)

- Ensure that multifaceted tools and processes work together seamlessly

+ We’re open to different approaches, but we don’t want to reinvent the wheel on anything if we don’t have to.

+ Experience developing Ajax forms with inline validation features would be interesting for the appropriate sections, but it isn’t required.

3.) Support Services (unknown)
