Modifications to Dolphin 7 Membership Subscriptions Module

My need is to modify the "Dolphin_7_Membership_Subscriptions_Module" (the script is open)

basically what we need is a proper Ajax styled pop up window that appears whenever a member/visitor is trying to take action he/she has no permission to (based on the packages set up in Admin)

The Ajax should say something along the lines of (i will be using the example of Photos restriction):

Sorry but your current package, [package title] doesn’t allow you t upload any more than [images amount] photos. In order to lift this restriction and to get access to many more features [packages features link] you should upgrade to [available packages]. Click here to upgrade your package now.


That is in a nut shell what e would like to achieve.
