Modification to website

Hi everyone,

I would like to find someone who can work on my website first on the project which I am posting below and second depending on quality of work on time other jobs.

For now, i am looking for someone who can fix a template which I have but which is not working properly. It is a Free template that i download but I really like the template.

Problem to be fixed as follow:

1- Top flash banner need to be optimise for all browsers

2- when people upload photos or videos the "ADD VIDEO" or "ADD PHOTO" need to be more prominent either bigger size or bold and different colour

3- in the 'ALBUMS" column, I need to have two albums side by side

4- In the page 'view video or photo', album should only show 'albums that aren't 'private' + Bottom of album, should show the possible 'view all' & other album like in original dolphin template

5- Optimise website for major browsers

6- Home Page:

6.1- BIG BUTTON for JOIN and LOGIN like in original dolphin template

6.2-  Public Videos & Public Photos - should give the possibility 'view all' & other videos' at the bottom of the box and photos like in original dolphin template
