Hi,
I am looking to get some help in making some modifications to the group area of Dolphin 7.
The site I am working on will be focused on groups and group functionality. The following items are work I need done, if you choose to bid on them individually that is acceptable as well, or I will entertain work for the work as a whole.
Listing of Needs:
Modification to Groups -
I would like a chat module that both allows only group members to use it, and collects a history of the chat like the minutes of a meeting, which would be added to the files section after the chat is over. Inconjuction with this, I would like the chat area to include a random number generator in the form of standardized dice types (D4, D6, D8, D10, D12 and D20... Possibly a D100) so that the virtual dice generates a number in the chat area for the group member that used the function (aka based on login). I would also like this module to allow for each group to have a "group nickname" for each member per group. Example: in group1 my nickname might be Steve, and in group2 my nickname might be Bobby. This nickname would be how my name appears in the group chat.
That is the vast majority of the work I am looking for. There is some other tutorial and documentation work I might need help with along the way, however, this is the initial need for my site. If / When a bidder is selected, I will have some other help needed in the form of "general installation and startup" of Dolphin. I would think anyone that can help me with the group comments above could also help me with general concepts.
Thank you for taking the time to read and consider my needs, and if you bid, thank you for taking the time and consideration of a solution for my needs. While the budget is open, currently this is a site that will be heading into small scale alpha testing, then releasing into a large beta testing phase and then onto public release. I hope to have a chance to work with the same people throughout the startup of my project and into the long term upkeep of it.
Thank You Again
