Local weather block under account page

Hello,

I am in need of a local weather widget/block that will show up under a user's account page when they are logged in. I would like this weather widget to display a 5 day forecast based on their zipcode automatically. There are specific weather details that I would like shown if possible, but we can get into those details once I find someone capable.
