Link integration into Classifieds

I am accepting bids to modifiy the Classifieds section.  This "Link Editor" mod you build will do the following:

• Allow the member posting a classified advertisment to include a list of pertinent links (up to 5)
• Links are associated with each specific classified ad being posted
• The member's experience will be similiar to the admin/links.php providing a text box for the Title, URL and short description
• The description should have error trapping to be only X characters long (you have creative control on how long)
• The Link Editor will be located just above the Description text box and labeled, "Associated Links".
• It will work similar to the picture attachment below the Descripton text box in that the user can ADD multiple links or delete one or all links if so desired.

Once posted, the links will appear as a component of the Classified page view in a separate block displayed in between the description block and "Users other listings" block.

• The admin should be able to move this new Links block around similiar to any other block on that page.

One last tweak to the Classified section. I do not care for the unit/desc fields to show either in editing mode or as a post for other members/visitors to see.  Please remove any fields related to the "Details" part of Classifieds.
