Installation, configuration and deployment

I'm looking for someone who can help me to setup my dolphin site. I've got it installed but need a little help in getting the site up and running. This will initially be some small work with long term if you are reliable!  I already have an idea of the layout just need help to execute. Please reply back with your information. Also, an NDA is required for this job.
