I need a custom template for my dolphin site.

I am using dolphin for an Belgian Youth community and now i am looking for a great grunge template that fits for teenagers.
The theme must be different from the standard dolphin theme, and as i said it must be in grunge style.
Anyone who can help me with that may contact me.
